How to Order

Ordering is simple! We accept orders three convenient ways:

• FAX us your order 24 hours a day at 757.622.8422 or toll free at 800.656.1839.
• Phone us at 757.622.2108 or toll free at 888.436.6146, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Payment: We accept your personal check, company check, MasterCard or VISA. For gift packages, we are happy to include a hand-written note with your message.

Shipping: We ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. For this reason, please be sure to include a valid street address with your order. If you do not have a street address, we will ship Prioity Mail, which generally means additional time should be expected for delivery.

Quality Delivery: We package your goodies with care. If you do receive a damaged package, you should report it to the shipping company within five days. We comply with with all shipping agent requirements and regulations, and are not responsible for goods damaged in shipment. However, in order to ensure superior customer service, we ask that you notify us in the event of damage or delay.
